• A 28-year-old Dickinson man was arrested for refusing to halt and resisting arrest. He was also arrested on a Stark County warrant on the 900 block of 16th Street West on Wednesday morning. There were no injuries.
• A 22-year-old Dickinson man was arrested on two Stark County warrants for possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia on the 2000 block of Sixth Avenue West on Thursday. He was also cited for driving under suspension. The passenger in the vehicle, a 26-year-old Dickinson woman, was issued a citation for possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
• A 24-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly shoplifting $116 worth of items at Walmart on Thursday evening. She was also issued a trespass warning.
