A Dickinson woman reported that someone had slashed the tires on her vehicle near the Nodak Motel on Thursday morning. The woman told police she and her neighbor had reportedly got into an argument the night before and she had woken up to find the slashed tires. Police said there are no suspects at this time, however.

  • A 26-year-old Dickinson man was arrested by Dickinson police near Applebee's around 1 a.m. Thursday after police found a handgun under the front seat on his vehicle. The man had two warrants for his arrest, one from the city of Dickinson and one from Stark County.
  • A 27-year-old Dickinson woman was arrested for driving under the influence on the 100 block of First Street Southeast on Thursday night.
  • A 35-year-old South Heart man was cited by a Stark County Sheriff's officer for possession of marijuana, driving under suspension and driving without insurance after he ran a red light at the corner of Villard Street and Third Avenue.
