  • A woman reported an incident around 9:20 p.m. Wednesday where she had used her vehicle to block a man she knew from leaving a parking space in the Ramada Grand Dakota Lodge on the belief that he was drunk. The man then reportedly put the pickup truck he was in into reverse, driving the end off a retaining wall and getting stuck. The man then exited the vehicle and began kicking the woman’s vehicle door, busting the window. He was gone when officers arrived. Police are forwarding charges of disorderly conduct, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, duty upon striking an object and care required to city attorney for consideration.
  • A 32-year-old Garrison man was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and failure to pay fines around 2:10 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of 15th Street West.
