• A sign at Room to Bloom daycare was reportedly vandalized on Wednesday morning. The sign is valued at $100. Dickinson police said there are no suspects.

• A 22-year-old Dickinson man was cited for criminal mischief after he allegedly dented a vehicle's front fender on the 1100 block of Third Avenue West on Wednesday morning. Police believe there may be about $500 worth of damage and the man may have kicked the fender several times, causing the damage.

• A 27-year-old Dickinson man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance marijuana following a traffic stop for a bad headlight on the 100 block of First Street Southwest on Wednesday evening.

• Officers spoke with several individuals who were carrying rifles while walking north on Sims Avenue on Wednesday evening. The individuals were not committing any crimes because of the open carry permit laws in the state, so they were released from the scene with their weapons.
