Dickinson police responded to a man fighting with another man he found with his ex-wife at about 4 p.m. on Tuesday at the Sierra Ridge apartments.
No one was arrested and there were no serious injuries, Dickinson Police Capt. David Wilkie said.
Man arrested for stealing car batteries
With a license plate and suspect description, Dickinson police nabbed a man who allegedly stole two car batteries from a west Dickinson backyard Tuesday morning.
An individual told police they saw the man drive away after taking the batteries, Dickinson Police Capt. David Wilkie said. The person did not know the suspect.
The man was cited for theft of property.
