Police looking for suspect in possible armed robbery

Dickinson Police officers are looking for more information on a possible armed robbery that occurred Tuesday night near the 400 block of Second Avenue West.

Dickinson Police officers are looking for more information on a possible armed robbery that occurred Tuesday night near the 400 block of Second Avenue West. 
A 20-year-old Uticah, Ky., man told police he was going door-to-door selling magazines when a white male, approximately 20 to 25 years old, came up behind him and ripped the man’s money carrier off of his hip. The man said he heard what he believed were gunshots as he ran away.
The Kentucky man described his assailant as being 6-foot-2 and weighing about 220 pounds and looking “tweaked out.” The robber was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans at the time of the alleged crime.
The victim claims he had been carrying $1,100 at the time of the incident.
