PEMBINA (AP) -- It's another sign of easing flood conditions in North Dakota.
National Guard troops are moving out of the city of Pembina as the Red River continues its slow fall.
The National Weather Service says the flood conditions are "moderate."
The Red is at 50.5 feet in Pembina, about 2 feet lower than its crest around April 16.
The forecast calls for rain showers in eastern North Dakota but forecasters say the rain is not likely to cause a big rise in the river.
