The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified a Rhame man as the victim in a Sunday, April 26, fatal roll-over crash near Rhame.
Kevin Neil, 34, was traveling west on 82nd Street approximately one mile east of Rhame when he lost control of his 1998 Ford Expedition while negotiating a right-hand curve atop a hill. Neil lost control of the vehicle and entered the southbound ditch where the vehicle's drivers side tires causing the vehicle to overturn.
According to the Highway Patrol, Neil's vehicle rolled once and landed on its wheels facing in an eastern direction. Neil was ejected from the vehicle and upon the arrival of first responders was life flighted from Bowman to Sanford Hospital in Bismarck.
The crash is under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
