The North Dakota Department of Transportation closed Highway 200 from the junction of Highway 200A (east of Hazen) to the junction of Highway 1806 because rising water damaged the road near a bridge. The bridge did not collapse.
The DOT will repair the road and inspect the bridge for damage. For a detour, motorists should use alternate state highways 1806 or 83.
