The following roads, which were closed due to snow, are now open in the central and eastern region of the state, according to a North Dakota Department of Transportation press release from 9:30 this morning. This includes:
- Highway 11 - 18 miles east of Ashley (open to one lane of traffic)
- Highway 13 - 1 mile West of Kulm
- Highway 46 - 2 miles East of Litchville (open to one lane of traffic)
- Highway 46 - Jct ND Highway 30 to Gackle (open to one lane of traffic)

- Highway 200 - East of Finley
The following highways remain blocked:
- Highway 26 from Daisy to Pillsbury
- Highway 34 - Napoleon to Jct ND Highway 56
- Highway 36 - Pettibone to Pingree
- Highway 46 - Gackle to Highway 281
Interstate 94 from Jamestown to Fargo remains closed due to heavy snow drifts.
