BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- Two North Dakota men are charged in separate assaults on police within five days on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.
Bruce Flying Horse and Gary Two Horses are each charged with assault of a federal officer. Their cases were made public earlier this week.
Authorities say Flying Horse punched an officer in the face while he was being arrested for assaulting another man in Cannon Ball on Feb. 21.
Two Horses is accused of kicking in officer after he was arrested for disorderly conduct in Cannon Ball on Feb. 25.
Preliminary hearings for both men are scheduled March 20.
