LANDA, N.D. - An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with Tuesday’s shooting deaths of two people at a Bottineau County hog farm.

Jeremy Rodriguez Rios, who also worked at the business, Turtle Mountain Pork, was charged with two counts of murder in connection with the deaths of Brian James Story, 37, and Christopher Rusk Sluder, 50, according to the probable cause affidavit released by the Bottineau County Sheriff’s Department.

Two bodies were discovered following a reported shooting Tuesday morning at Turtle Mountain Pork, a commercial hog operation located about 13 miles west of Bottineau, N.D., near the community of Landa, N.D.
