Dickinson city officials gathered this afternoon to talk about the 2011 capital improvement project budget.
An outdoor swimming pool, airport hangar, a partnership with St. Joseph's Hospital on an office building, baseball field upgrades, an outdoor firing range and animal shelter are among the projects discussed.
Opinions were shared during the three-hour meeting.
