GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- Police arrested two men accused of stealing an ATM from a Grand Forks hotel Tuesday morning.
Jeffrey Allen Conn, 27, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, criminal mischief, theft of property, theft of a motor vehicle, refusal to halt, driving under suspension, driving under the influence and ingestion of a controlled substance.
Daniel Joseph Ganyo, 51, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, theft of property, criminal mischief, theft of a motor vehicle and refusal to halt.
At 3:03 a.m. Tuesday, University of North Dakota police were called to the Hilton Garden Inn on campus for a report of a burglary that had just occurred, a press release said.
Officers tried to stop a vehicle leaving the hotel and Conn and Ganyo then fled on foot, the press release said. UND police caught Ganyo and shortly after apprehended Conn.

Police determined Conn and Ganyo stole an ATM from inside the hotel and loaded it into a vehicle stolen from a business in Grand Forks County.
