KINDRED, N.D. – North Dakota’s U.S. Representative is mourning the death of his father from cancer over the weekend.
Congressman Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., released a statement Monday morning saying his father, Richard Cramer, died this weekend at his home here after a battle with cancer.
“The hardest working man I knew went home this weekend to be with God,” said Cramer.
Cramer said his father died peacefully at the home where he and his mother raised five children.
“I am grateful for his witness to us and will miss him terribly,” said Cramer.

Prayer services are at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, at Fredrickson-Boulger Funeral Home here.
A Celebration of Life service is at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 12th, at Kindred Lutheran Church.
