MEDORA - Authorities on Sunday identified the Lincoln man who was killed in an ATV accident late Friday night near Medora.
Seth Elkins, 37, was traveling southeast on Huglen Road about 10 miles south of Medora at about 11:50 p.m. when he overturned while trying to turn into a pasture. The Honda Rincon four-wheeler landed on the man and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Billings County Ambulance responded to the incident, which is under investigation.
