The Mass of Christian Burial for Vincent Lantz, 92, Mott, will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 13, 2007, at at the St. Vincent's Catholic Church in Mott.
The Rev. Charles Zins will officiate and burial will follow at Sunnyslope Cemetery in Mott with full military honors. Visitations will be from 1-7 p.m. on on Wednesday, Sept. 12, and one hour prior to the service on Thursday afternoon, all at St. Vincent's Catholic Church. A rosary/vigil service will also be held there at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
Vincent Lantz passed away at the St. Joseph's Hospital, Dickinson, on Sept. 9, 2007.
Grateful for having shared in his life are his children, Cheryl (Byron) Davidson, of Worthington, Minn., Dale (Tina) Lantz, of Dickinson and David Lantz, Williston; brother, Julius Lantz, Mott; sisters, Christine (Bob) Hazelton, Edgeley, and Katie Hecker, Dickinson; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and many special friends.
Vincent was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Evelyn in 1963 and his siblings, John, Mike, Frank, Benny, Kasper, Mary and Betty.
