FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- Authorities say a woman allegedly assaulted passengers on an Allegiant Air flight from Phoenix to Fargo, then became unruly after police took her to detox.
The Forum newspaper reports that local police and FBI agents responded to the Fargo airport late Thursday afternoon. They handcuffed and escorted the 45-year-old Phoenix woman from the plane but she was not immediately charged with any crime.
Police later arrested her on a disorderly conduct charge because of her alleged behavior at detox. Police say the FBI is continuing to investigate. FBI Special Agent Kyle Loven declined comment to KFGO radio.
