A New England woman faces three charges after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 22 and 20th Street Southwest Tuesday afternoon.
Sarita Kadrmas, 31, is charged with driving with no liability insurance, driving while license is suspended and passing within 100 feet of an intersection after the 1987 Dodge she was driving hit a 1999 Pontiac driven by Savannah Haag, 20, Dickinson.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports Haag was traveling south on Highway 22 approaching the intersection of 20th Street Southwest and Kadrmas' vehicle was behind Haag also traveling south.
Haag attempted to turn east onto 20th Street Southwest when Kadrmas attempted to pass Haag on the left side. Kadrmas' vehicle struck Haag's vehicle in the driver's door.
Haag's vehicle continued south into the ditch, coming to rest facing south on the frontage road located east of Highway 22.

Kadrmas' vehicle continued southeast, crossing the frontage road and entering a ditch east of the frontage road. After entering the ditch, Kadrmas' vehicle struck a yield sign and came to rest facing southeast in the ditch.
Kadrmas and Haag were taken by the Dickinson Ambulance to Dickinson's St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center, where they were treated and released. Scott Dahl, 38, New England, a passenger in the Kadrmas vehicle, was not injured.
The Stark County Sheriff and the North Dakota Highway Patrol also responded to the crash.
