LINTON -- Garrett Zent hit nine 3-pointers and scored a career-high 46 points and hit the game-winning shot in overtime to lead Richardton-Taylor to a 75-74 victory against Strasburg-Zeeland in the semifinals of the Linton Holiday Tournament.
"They were chasing Jadon Messer and that left him open for a bunch of shots," Raiders coach Dan Glasser said.
Zent, who is averaging 21 points per game, penetrated the lane and banked in the game-winning shot with three seconds left.
Richardton-Taylor plays Beach tonight in the championship game of the tournament.
