BISMARCK — Following are the North Dakota Department of Health COVID-19 case rates, deaths, hospitalizations and vaccinations as of Thursday, April 15. Because all data is preliminary, some numbers and totals may change from one day to the next.

- TOTAL ACTIVE CASES: 1,174
- TOTAL CASES: 105,380
- TOTAL RECOVERED: 102,731
- DAILY TEST POSITIVITY RATE: 4%
North Dakota's active case count increased by 19 on Thursday. Cass County, which includes Fargo, reported 59 new cases. Cass County and Burleigh County, which includes Bismarck, account for about half of the state's active virus cases. The two-week rolling average positivity rate is 4.7%.

DEATHS, NEWLY REPORTED: One
TOTAL DEATHS: 1,475
The health department reported the death of a Stark County woman in her 90s.
FIRST DOSE ADMINISTERED: 266,288 (45.5% of population)
COMPLETED SERIES (2 doses): 210,045 (35.9% of population)
