Burglary suspect found in possession of meth, paraphernalia: Crime and Courts Report
On April 17, at 12:23 p.m., Samantha Lee Yussif was arrested on the 1100 block of Sims and charged with burglary; theft of property, possession of stolen property; possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; and possession of drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine.
According to court records, Yussif had willfully entered the residence without license, invitation or otherwise privilege, with intent to commit a crime, and stole a 32 inch Phillips television, a Sony Soundbar, 2 laptop computers and various other sundry items in an amount in excess of $1,000. In her possession were additional stolen items, not belonging to the original residence burglarized, which included two Apple iPhones, a Samsung tablet computer and various other sundry items in an amount in excess of $1,000.
A search of Yussif's apartment found her to be in the possession of a small quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia used to introduce the substance into the human body.
On April 17, Erik Odegaard was arrested for gross sexual imposition, sexual acts forced for the compelling of a victim to submit by force or by threat of imminent death, serious bodily injury, or kidnapping to sexual acts.
According to the booking information at the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center, no bond has been set and the matter has yet to be assigned a case number.

On April 15, at 3:15 p.m., Mychal Prage, 36, of Dickinson, was arrested on the 100 block of Eighth Avenue East on an outstanding Bowman County warrant for her failure to appear in court for a case related to the possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Prage was transported to the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center.
The Dickinson Police Department received a report from a male stating that his beer and liquor was taken out of his apartment by his roommate without authorization. Officers determined that the roommate had taken the beverages to a neighbor's apartment and consumed them with the residents of that apartment. All parties were intoxicated and agreed to stay separate for the night. The complainant was informed that this matter was a civil issue as both cohabited the residence and no other action taken.
The Dickinson Police Department received an anonymous call about possible prostitution afoot in the northwest side of Dickinson. The matter remains under investigation.
The Dickinson Police Department received a report of a possible drunk driver in the area of Fairway and 23rd Street West. Officers located the vehicle and made contact with the driver, who was found to be having a medical emergency. The driver was taken to the ER and no further action was taken.
The Dickinson Police Department received a report from a man stating that he let a friend borrow his car and while the friend had the car, two of the tires were slashed. No suspects have been identified and the estimated value of the loss is $200.
A Dickinson Police Officer observed a broken rear window on a vehicle in the 1400 block of First Street West. The vandalism remains under investigation.
The Dickinson Police Department received a report from a woman stating that her children were not where they were supposed to be. The complainant said she did not want them reported as missing. Shortly thereafter, the woman called the police and reported that she had located her children. No further action was taken in the matter.
The Dickinson Police Department received a report of theft from a garage in the 1500 block of Carroll Street. According to the complainant, a black and red compressor and a tool box were missing, and had an estimated value of $1,400. The matter remains under investigation with no suspects at this time.
The Dickinson Police Department received a report of money being stolen from a residence on the 100 block of 10th Avenue West. According to the complainant, $1,000 was stolen. The matter remains under investigation.
The Dickinson Police Department received a report of a missing 16-year-old male juvenile. The juvenile was located by officers and placed in the custody of his father. No further action was taken on the matter.
The Dickinson Police Department received a report of several individuals fighting. Responding officers noted that the fight was over prior to their arrival, but did issue two individuals trespass warnings from entering the premises of Maverick's. No further action was taken.
