Beverly Ann Bruski-Boggs

Beverly Ann (Bruski) Boggs was born in Beach ND on May 2, 1948 and died peacefully surrounded by family on October 3, 2018 at St Anthony’s hospital in Gig Harbor, Washington. A celebration of Bev’s life and liturgy is scheduled for Friday, July 26 at 2:00 pm at St. Philip’s Catholic Church south of Wibaux, Montana with Fr. Dennis Schafer as celebrant. Bev grew up south of Wibaux, Mt as the second child of Jerome and Betty Bruski’s ten children. After graduating from Wibaux County High School in 1966 Bev, attended Dickinson State College (ND) while studying nursing. While attending school in Dickinson, she married Terry Otto. Terry and Bev had two children; Jerome Otto of Redmond, WA and Robbyn (Otto) Younggren of Bemidji, MN. Bev and her family moved to California She received her bachelors in counseling and worked for the Department of State Hospitals. Bev and her two children moved back to Dickinson while working for ABLE, Inc.  In 1992 Bev received a bachelors in social work from MSU, MN and her masters in social work from NDSU, 1994. Bev then worked as a counselor in Bremerton, WA where she met and married Doug Boggs. Bev is survived by her children Jerome Otto and Robbyn (Bruce) Younggren; step sons Will and Jason Boggs; eight grandchildren; and siblings Cherie (Ken) Roshau, Dickinson ND, Victoria(John) Pregenzer, Wibaux MT, Jacqueline (Philip) Levenseller, Silverdale WA, Thomas (Melissa) Bruski Friday Harbor WA, Gregory (Deborah) Bruski Williston ND, and Michelle (Dave) Dumpert, Seabeck WA as well as  several step brothers and sisters (family of Ernie Maus). She was preceded in death by her parents Jerome and Betty (Lunder) Bruski-Maus. Her siblings Bruce Bruski, Bill Bruski, and Grace Bruski. Most recently, Bev’s husband, Doug Boggs, passed away in Washington. Beverly’s ashes will be interned at the St. Philips cemetery.
