BISMARCK, N.D. - Richard “Dick” Rapp, 58, Dickinson, N.D., died Monday, Oct. 7, in Sanford Medical Center.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 4-5 p.m., with a memorial service at 5 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 10, at Ladbury Funeral Service in Dickinson. Pastor Bob Simons will officiate.
