Bellevue sweeps Blue Hawks volleyball

OMAHA, Neb. — The Dickinson State volleyball team fell in straight sets to No. 21-ranked Bellevue (27-9, 12-3 North Star Athletic Association) on Saturday by set scores of 25-20, 25-15, 25-12.

Ellie Hanser and Tessa Sian led the Blue Hawks’ offense with eight and seven kills, respectively.

Sian and Shelby Gustafson each had two blocks. Shaylee Singleton collected 13 digs, and Alli Hert added 10. Danielle Boyette had 16 assists, three kills and one block.

DSU dropped to 10-18 overall and 6-8 in the NSAA.
