Dickinson State quarterback Hayden Gibson was named the NAIA offensive player of the week and NSAA offensive player of the week for his efforts in the Blue Hawks last second, 30-28, win over Waldorf this past weekend. He shattered school records in the contest as he went 40-63 passing for 524 yards. He also threw for four touchdowns. Gibson broke the record for most passing yards in a game that he set earlier this year in a win versus Presentation. He threw for 401 yards in that game.
