Ackerman excels for Blue Hawks at Mankato

MAKATO, Minn. - Three Dickinson State track and field men’s athletes placed in four different events at the Minnesota State-Mankato Open & Multi on Friday.
Beau Ackerman placed 10th in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.63 seconds, 13th in the high jump with a jump of 1.58 meters, ninth in the long jump with a jump of 5.87 meters, and 11th in the shot put with a throw of 9.08 meters.
The other two placers for DSU included Tommy Sease and Jalen Hendrickson, who placed in the same events as Ackerman.
