Monday featured a very low mannered start to the month of February with only four games taking place.
In girls varsity basketball, the Beach Buccaneers traveled to Mott-Regent and overcame the Wildfire 56-51. The Richardton-Taylor Raiders battled the New England Tigers and with the help of solid defense the Tigers took home a 66-31 victory.
In boys varsity basketball, Heart River traveled to Hettinger-Scranton and pulled out win 68-61 and Killdeer traveled to Stanley but fell short 64-41.
