BISMARCK - The Bismarck High girls basketball team was in full control in its game against Dickinson High.
The Demons topped the Midgets 71-37 in a West Region game on Thursday.
Bismarck’s Shelby Standing was the only player in the game to score double-digit points and finished with 18, 12 of which were from 3-point range. Cara Haussler had eight points, Jenna Binstock and Jaycee Walter each supplied seven, Michaela Casey had six points and Lexi Kerzman added five.
Raegan Linster led the Midgets with nine points. Meryl Kovacs followed with seven, Jayde Lawlar and Emilie Sickler each with six and Mariah Mortensen an Mega Erickson with four.
Dickinson plays Jamestown at 4 p.m. today at DHS gymnasium.
