DILLON, Mont. -- Dickinson State ran into foul trouble and Montana Western made them pay Saturday at the Finny Memorial Tournament.

The Bulldogs shot 21 of 31 from the free-throw line and standout guard Brandon Brown scored a game-high 36 points as Western held off DSU 75-64.

"We did the things we wanted to do, but they did the same thing to us," DSU head coach Ty Orton said.

Matt Lee led the Blue Hawks with 14 points and six rebounds, and fouled out along with John Hanstad, who had 11 points.

DSU committed 26 fouls and didn't get any help on its end, going just 3 of 4 from the free-throw line.
