FARGO -- Dickinson High finished fourth after going 4-2 at the Fargo Invitational on Friday and Saturday.

The Midgets won all of their matches Friday, sweeping Grand Forks Central and West Fargo, and edging Fargo South in a three-game match.

Dickinson swept Mandan 25-18, 28-26 in its lone win Saturday. It fell to Fargo North 22-5, 25-12, 11-5 and Bismarck High 15-25, 17-25.

"We played two pretty good ballclubs," Dickinson coach Jay Schobinger said of the losses Saturday. "The kids left it all out there against Fargo North."

He wasn't too surprised on how the match with Bismarck High turned out, considering a tough five-game loss in Dickinson on Tuesday.
