MANDAN -- The Dickinson High girls cross country team finished with a score of 119, good enough for third place at the Mandan Invitational on Saturday.
Junior Ally Hoffman ran a time of 15 minutes, 45 seconds to finish 12th and Whitney Schatz was 15th, finishing 13 seconds later. Meleah Leiss took 20th.
On the boys side, Dickinson had an eighth-place finish in the 19-team field led by Vlad Kutka's 16th place finish.
Bismarck High won both meets handily led by boys winner Christian Brown Otter and girls winner Shanice Lambert.
