Dickinson rides a two game win streak and are playing their best tennis going into postseason tourney starting next week.
Midgets stand their ground against Bismarck Legacy and hold their top spot in the WDA
DICKINSON — The Class A defending state champion Dickinson softball team has become somewhat synonymous with blowout game, leading the state in run differentials on the year. The Midgets' consistent 10 run games highlights that even in cases where they fall behind, their firepower often gets the team out of bad situations quickly.
The Midgets are riding a five game win streak as they loom over the Western Dakota Association standings.

"I am working really hard here everyday and having lots of fun doing it,” Brady Yoder said.
Both baseball and softball teams tallied 54 hits in Thursday's doubleheaders.
“I am very excited to see what is in store this season,” said head coach Lia Bradley.
The Midgets stand undefeated on the season at 6-0 following Monday's defeat of Mandan at home.

“It was fun to see them compete and see them hit so well because I know how hard they were working and it's great to see all the pieces come together,” said DHS head coach Amanda Mickey.
Athletes from across the state traveled to Dickinson to compete in a meet dampened by strong winds and chilled temperatures.
The Midgets outscored the Wolves 27-1 in their two games Monday evening as Dickinson moves to 4-0 on the season.
