Randy Ivey, a senior on the Dickinson State football team, caught two touchdown passes of 23 and 9 yards on Saturday, Oct. 13, helping the Blue Hawks to a 40-14 win over Mayville State.
The receiver earned 40 yards over four catches and leads the team with 510 receiving yards over 27 catches.
DP: How long have you been playing football and what is your favorite part?
RI: "I've been playing football for 13 years now. My favorite part is the contact and the physicality of it."
DP: Do you participate in anything else on campus?

RI: "Not really. No, I don't participate in anything else on campus."
DP: What are your individual and team goals for the season?
RI: "For the season, team goals would be just to make the playoffs, keep winning. Individual goals, I don't have any right now."
DP: If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
RI: "Shrimp."
DP: Where is the best place to eat in town?
RI: "I would say El Som(brero). I like El Som."
DP: If you had to give up two of your sense, what would they be?

RI: "Smell and taste."
DP: What is the best show or movie you watched recently?
RI: "Rick and Morty is the best show I've seen."
DP: If you had a superpower, what would it be?
RI: "To fly."
DP: Who or what is your biggest inspiration to succeed?
RI: "My biggest inspiration would be Larry Fitzgerald, receiver for the Arizona Cardinals. He's just a great person and a great role model."
