Following his first-place finish in the men’s heptathlon Monday at the North Star Athletic Association Indoor Multi-Events in Jamestown, Dickinson State sophomore Tommy Sease was named the NSAA Indoor Field Athlete of the Week, according to a press release Tuesday.
Sease sat in fourth place after the first day of competition on Sunday, but he finished Monday with a total of 4,292 points, which gave him first place.
His mark stands as the 20th-best in the men’s heptathlon in the NAIA indoor season this year.
