Dickinson State sophomore Tommy Sease was named the North Star Athletic Association men’s indoor field athlete of the week, according to a press release Tuesday.
Sease placed fifth in the men’s heptathlon at the Minnesota State-Mankato Multi-Meet on Friday. He collected 4,224 points in the event, just 80 points shy of his personal best.
He won the 1,000-meter run with a personal record of 2 minutes, 49.79 seconds, and he also put up personal bests in the high jump, pole vault and shot put.
