TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Dickinson State baseball team is right at home in the Copper State.
The Blue Hawks won their first four games of their spring break trip on Monday and Tuesday and senior Jon Mendoza is on a tear, going 9-for-14 with 10 RBI so far.
DSU picked up a pair of wins against Illinois Tech on Monday and then swept Dakota Wesleyan in a doubleheader that featured an extra-inning game.
Travis Setere drove in three runs as DSU dropped Illinois Tech 12-1 in its Monday opener.
The Blue Hawks (7-5) needed three runs in the sixth to beat Illinois Tech 10-9 in the second game. Mendoza and Brock Murphy each drove in three runs.

Mendoza drove in three runs while Jake Coyle added two RBI as DSU scored two runs in the seventh and eighth innings for a 10-9 extra-inning, come-from-behind win over DWU.
Justin Elizondo went 3-for-3 with five RBI and was a home run shy of the cycle in the 16-4 win against DWU.
The Blue Hawks face Norwich University (Vermont) and DWU today.
