ABERDEEN, S.D. - After trailing at halftime by five, the Dickinson State men’s basketball team won the second half by 10 to secure a 90-85 victory on Friday against Presentation (S.D.) College.
Six Blue Hawks scored in double-figures, helping counteract the performance from Presentation’s Donnell Minton, who hit six three-pointers on his way to 32 points.
Ryan Clark led the Blue Hawks with 16 points. Gilberto Shojgreen Jr. and Dontae Clark each scored 14 for DSU, Reggie Fields Jr. and Jake Buck added 13 points apiece, and Marcus White scored 12.
Dickinson State trailed 44-39 at the half, but won the next 20 minutes by a score of 51-41 to take the win and improve to 13-7 overall and 5-2 in the North Star Athletic Association. The Saints fell to 8-10 overall and 2-5 in the league.
