DSU QB Ray honored after big game

Dickinson State senior quarterback Kaler Ray scored four touchdowns Saturday against Jamestown, and between his rushing and passing total had a combined 353 yards of offense.

Dickinson State senior quarterback Kaler Ray scored four touchdowns Saturday against Jamestown, and between his rushing and passing total had a combined 353 yards of offense.

For that, he was selected as the final NSAA Offensive Player of the Week of the season.

Ray had touchdown runs of 41 and 94 yards, and finished with 12 carries for 275 yards, the most of any DSU rusher this season. He closes out the regular season as the the Blue Hawks leading rusher (876) and passer (1,076), with a total of 16 touchdowns.
