DSU TaRicka Linzy named Frontier Conference player of the week

The Dickinson State women’s basketball team’s weekend wins didn’t go unnoticed. Sophomore guard TaRicka Linzy was named Frontier Conference player of the week Monday afternoon.
In the team’s games against Valley City State, Presentation College and University of Winnipeg (Manitoba), Linzy averaged 20.7 points, 3.3 rebounds, four assists and 2.7 steals. Linzy went 18 of 37 from the field, 10 of 23 3-point shots and made 16 of 18 free throws.
The Blue Hawks travel to take on the University of Winnipeg Dec. 28 and 29.
