Dickinson High gymnast Ayanna Fossum picked up two more all-around wins, adding to her already bulky resume. Her performances helped the Midgets earn team wins in Jamestown on Friday, Jan. 5 and at Grand Forks Central on Saturday, Jan. 6.
Fossum bested the competition in the vault and floor exercises on Friday, taking second in the beam and bars. She earned first on the floor on Saturday as well.
The Midgets took six of the top seven spots in the all-around competition on Saturday.
Meghan Ackerman placed third in both vault and floor on Friday and took second in the vault and uneven bar competitions on Saturday, earning her fifth in the all-around competition.
Teghan Hoff finished second all-around in Grand Forks, propelled by her first place finish in the uneven bars.
