Gladstone's Fossum qualifies for National Individual Gymnastics Finals

Acacia Fossum, of Gladstone is one of seven members of the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater gymnastics team to qualify for events at the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association Individual Events Finals in Springfield, Mass on March 24.

Acacia Fossum, of Gladstone is one of seven members of the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater gymnastics team to qualify for events at the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association Individual Events Finals in Springfield, Mass on March 24.

Fossum, a Richardton-Taylor High School graduate, qualified in the balance beam and floor exercise as well as being named to the All-Conference team.

At Nationals, the top-12 in each event earn All-American honors.

The Warhawks also qualified for the Team Championship on March 23 in Springfield and is seeking their second consecutive national title.
