For third straight week, the two-time defending state champion Hazen leads the Class 1A poll.
The Bison (3-0) received all 13 first-place votes for 65 points. With a 42-6 win against Central McLean on Friday, Hazen extended its win streak to 22 games.
Killdeer jumped one spot to the No. 3 spot after a 51-8 win against New Salem-Almont-Glen Ullin on Friday. The Cowboys are 3-0 and finished runner-up to Hazen during the 2013 Region 4 championship.
In the 9-man polls, the top five teams remained the same.
Cavalier (4-0) stayed at the top spot with 13 first-place votes. Shiloh Christian, which is the only Region 4 team in the top five, is ranked No. 2 and Towner-Granville-Upham is the No. 3-ranked team. LaMoure-LM is ranked No. 4 and Hatton-Northwood rounds out the top five.
