A handful of local Class B and Dickinson State-bound basketball players were selected to play in the Lions All-Star Series.
Dickinson Trinity's Nikki Grinsteinner and Beach's Kelcee Dykins were the area Class B girls selections on the girls side, as well as New Salem-Almont's Emily Wolf, who is playing at DSU next season.
Mott-Regent's Chad Mosbrucker and Beulah's Casey Duppong will represent the Class B boys. New Town's Preston Smith, who has signed to play at DSU, will also play in the game.
Beulah head coach Jeremy Brandt, who led the Miners to a state championship, will be the head coach of the Class B boys all-stars.
The games are scheduled to be played Tuesday, July 24 at the Bismarck Civic Center and Wednesday, July 25 at the Fargo Civic Auditorium.
