The Dickinson High boys and girls track and field teams preformed well during the West Region indoor meets.
Dickinson boys were in Bismarck, while the girls went to Minot.
Both the Dickinson boys and girls finished fourth with 91 and 79 points, respectively.
Carter Blackwell placed first in the long jump at 20-feet, 8½-inches. Wyatt Kainz, who is the defending Class A state high jump champion, took runner-up at 6-feet.
Lexi Jordheim and Alyssa Godlevsky placed first in the high jump and pole vault, respectively. Jordheim cleared 4-11 in the high jump, while Godlevsky went 9-3 in the pole vault.
The state indoor track and field meet is set for 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Fargodome.
