Midgets fall to Minot

The Dickinson high volleyball team won their first set against Minot 28-26, but Minot won the next three, earning the win on Saturday, at the DHS gymnasium.

The Dickinson high volleyball team won their first set against Minot 28-26, but Minot won the next three, earning the win on Saturday, at the DHS gymnasium.

The Magicians took the second set 25-13. The Midgets fought to keep up in the third set, but again the Magicians won it, this time 25-21. They ended the match with a 25-14 win in the fourth set.

Senior Mariah Mortensen led the Midgets with 15 kills and three blocks and also earned an ace.

Junior Lauren Jorda had a team-leading two aces and 32 assists.
