Going into Saturday, temperatures start off cold in the 30s for the morning. By the afternoon most of the region is only in the 40s and 50s which is well below average for late May.
The weekend will mostly consist of overcast skies with chances of spotty showers. The showers will be light and not a washout by any means.

By Sunday we warm up but still below average. Most areas will see highs in the 50s, with parts of South Dakota and western North Dakota getting into the 60s.
