The Dickinson High football team was well-represented on the West Region All-Conference team, which was released Monday.
Seven Midgets were honored on the full team while two others were named honorable mention. The seven selections tied Bismarck High and Class 3A state champion Bismarck Century for the second-most honorees. State runner-up Minot led the West Region with eight selections.
Dickinson High senior receiver and safety Michael McChesney was named to the all-conference team at both positions, as was senior Quaid Larsen at offensive and defensive lineman.
Larsen’s offensive linemates, seniors Dual Keck and Drew Heiser, were also named all-conference. Junior running back Tyrell Harris represented Dickinson High’s offense on the all-conference team as well.
On defense, senior linebackers Dalton Wolf and Jake Weider were also awarded for their play this season.
The team’s honorable mentions were junior quarterback Shawn Steffan and junior fullback and linebacker Treven Hopfauf.
