St. Mary’s breezes past Dickinson

BISMARCK -- The Dickinson High girls basketball team couldn't complete the West Region season sweep against Bismarck St. Mary's on Thursday, falling to the Saints 60-43.

BISMARCK - The Dickinson High girls basketball team couldn’t complete the West Region season sweep against Bismarck St. Mary’s on Thursday, falling to the Saints 60-43.
Alexa Hutzenbiler led St. Mary’s with 14 points.
Turnovers were lethal for the Midgets. They had more turnovers in the first half (17) than points (12). Dickinson finished with 27 turnovers.
Meryl Kovacs had 18 points and seven rebounds for the Midgets.
Dickinson finishes its regular season against Mandan at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday at DHS gymnasium.
