Dickinson State had three players earn Dakota Athletic Conference awards on Monday.
Blue Hawks junior shortstop Chance Holland earned DAC baseball player of the week after posting five multiple-hit games and batting .480 as DSU went 4-2 last week. Holland went 12-for-25 with three doubles, nine RBI, eight runs and two stolen bases.
DSU junior Jamil Acosta was named DAC pitcher of the week after allowing just five hits and striking out six in a 10-2 victory over Mayville State in a tournament in Phoenix.
Blue Hawks sophomore Sara Jane Webster was named DAC softball pitcher of the week after tossing a perfect game and three shutouts in five appearances. She finished the week 3-1 with a 1.47 earned-run average.
